Lovely week at Royal Westmoreland
Relaxing week at Forest Hills in a lovely villa. Great access to quiet pool and just 5 minutes from Holetown. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in easy reach of the villa. Thanks to Julian the villa owner for a simple booking process and for being accommodating when we requested an extra night stay. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

Fabulous villa in lovely surroundings
We had a fantastic stay at Fairways over Christmas. The Villa is well equipped, very comfortable and in a great location near to a lovely pool area and the Rum Shack! Communication with Julian was excellent The villa suited all age groups from teens to grandparents. Would highly recommend a stay.

we had a great stay at 3 Forest Hills. The property is well looked after and the housekeeper and owner were very helpful and may our stay memorable. We have visited Forest Hills a number of times and it is a really good location with great facilities. Better than most five star hotels!

Fabulous Villa
We had a fantastic 2 week holiday in Julian's villa. As repeat visitors to Royal Westmoreland we think Forest Hills are some of the best located on the estate and this villa did not disappoint. Julian's communications were excellent, ensuring all went very smoothly.

Wonderful stay with family
The villa was in a great location. Right near the Rum shack and forest hills pool. The additional annexed bedroom worked out great for staying with family but still having our own space. Genevieve the housekeeper was lovely and kept the place spick and span for us during our stay and answered any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book again.

Fabulous
We had a lovely stay - the property was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Beautiful grounds with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. Visits from monkeys and a vast array of bird life. We used the Villa as a base for exploring the island and also enjoyed using the shared pool. We often had this to ourselves and it never got busy. Genevieve was great - very friendly and happy to show us how everything worked. Julian was extremely helpful and the communication was excellent - calling me before we arrived and also keeping in touch when we had a query. Myself , my husband and 2 adult daughters would thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Fairways 03/03/23- 13/03/23 The villa is amazing with everything you need In a lovely safe location The pool was very quiet and most of the time we were the only ones using it The beaches are beautiful and only a 10 min drive Julian was very prompt and helpful with any queries and we would not hesitate to recommend his villa for your stay Many thanks Regards David

Brilliant
The Villa was brilliant. Stayed there with my wife and kids. Julian, the manager/host was ever so accommodating. Anything that we needed, he was a WhatsApp call away and always provided. He also recommended great restaurants and beaches nearby. I would personally like to thank him for making my family feel at home in his villa. Would definitely stay there again. Family Vacation
The Fairways was absolutely beautiful, the home is stunning, plenty of room for a family of 6 adults. Close to Holetown, shops and restaurants, close to beautiful beaches The pool is beautiful, large and very quiet, we all loved the Rum Shack, great food and drinks. Julian checked on us from the moment the reservation was made. Very accommodating, attentive, and kind. We can't say enough about Genevieve, pure sunshine, kind, helpful, always smiling, she was absolutely amazing!!! We hope to definitely book again, and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you so much Julian and Genevieve!!!!

Family trip to Barbados
My family and I had a wonderful trip to Barbados. Julian’s Villa played a large part in that. It is just as advertised and the photos are a great depiction of what you will experience. Royal WestMoreland complex is very secure. And well attended. We had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms, but Julian very quickly rectified the situation. You are within 2 miles of Holetown, and all the bars and restaurants that it provides. Overall, I can highly recommend this villa and the area.

Family vacation in Royal Westmoreland
The Royal Westmoreland Resort and the house is a beautiful property. It was quiet and very close to Lime Grove for shopping and eating out. The "Rum Shack" at the resort was lovely, we enjoyed a nice meal and rum punch, the service was excellent. Communication with Julian was great, he was available for calls or texts and shared lots of information to make sure we were comfortable and having a good vacation - the housekeeper, Genevieve was very sweet and kind. The view from the villa is stunning and I never got tired of looking at the lush greenery. The community swimming pool is just a short walk from the villa and we enjoyed using it very much when we were not at the beach. The downside… August is very hot in Barbados and there is no air conditioning in the main part of the house so it was very hard to enjoy the sitting area, kitchen or dining area. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, so we stayed out much of the day and would retire to our bedrooms in the evening fairly quickly once the heat in the main part of the house became uncomfortable. The caribbean shutters on some of the windows leave space for bugs and gecko's to come inside - we caught a few gecko's and released them back outside, in addition to millipedes. Also, be careful of leaving anything sugary about as many 'sugar ants' will be sure to find it.

Lovely, well appointed villa - highly recommended
The villa is in a lovely position overlooking the golf course with the sea in the distance. It is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything that you would need. Genevieve, the housekeepe, is a gem. The swimming pool, although a few steps away, is excellent and not used much at all. The owner was very helpful to us as we had not visited Barbados. His restaurant recommendations could not be faulted and he responded to all our questions almost by return. A very pleasant and relaxing holiday experience and highly recommended.

Great vacation Spot with lots of Amenities
Check-in was easy with keys left at the security gate at the front of the property. The unit was clean and spacious and Genevieve is a lovely hard-working housekeeper who walked us through all the details of the property. It is a short drive to the best restaurants and beaches on the island. The unit itself is walking distance to the tennis courts, swimming pool and fitness room. You will enjoy monkeys, ducks at the pond and birds! The main unit sleeps four and there is a cottage right off the main entrance for two more. Our kids loved the independence of the cottage. Parking is right at the front door. We would definitely return.

A perfect location and a lovely home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Royal Westmoreland is beautifully situated and has great facilities whilst the house was really pretty, clean and felt like a home. Relaxing luxury villa
Greeted by the lovely house keeper who looked after us throughout our stay. The villa is so well positioned and with the doors open a lovely breeze flows through the house. Breakfast on the outside terrace every morning was perfect. The large supermarket is only 10 mins away and same for the beach. This is our 3rd time here and hopefully we will be back soon.

Fabulous villa
We spent the first 3 weeks in June at Fairways, and really didn't want to leave! The villa is perfectly located and has so many advantages; the bedrooms are both huge and en-suite with loads of wardrobe and drawer space (and plenty of hangars). They are both air-conditioned and keep lovely and cool. Upstairs isn't air-conditioned, but because you are high up on the development, and both ends of the living space have large patio doors which you can open - you get a lovely breeze through. We looked at a couple of other villas on the development while we were there through some friends, and I wouldn't want any other layout as many are all on one floor which means you wouldn't want to leave windows open; you would get more insect problems; etc. Fairways works really well. We also rented the cottage for family members which was perfect; a large studio bedroom with kitchenette/fridge/kettle/microwave and a lovely en-suite. Again, loads of wardrobe space. 3 things made this villa perfect for us; firstly, its location is stunning - great views - very private and quiet. Secondly, the villa has everything you could possibly want in it - the kitchen is like being in your own home - and the big American fridge/freezer is so useful. Thirdly (and possibly the best bit) is Genevieve the housekeeper: She is amazing and such a lovely lady. She changes the towels and bed linen constantly; cleans everything so it is all spotless and is just so helpful - and no matter how hot it gets, she sings and smiles all the time. There are loads of great restaurants locally and with the new Massey's supermarket due to open in Holetown soon (it's like Waitrose) - it's easy to cater for yourselves. We regularly bought fresh fruit and veg from the street sellers and just went to the local supermarket (Jordan's) for other basics. The main pool area of Royal Westmoreland is beautifully maintained with loads of sunbeds/fresh towels etc and the gym is amazing. The shuttle bus to the beach only goes a couple of times a day in low season but as we had a car (driving is really easy on the island) that didn't bother us. We have been to Barbados many times over many years but have always stopped in a hotel - but never again. We hope to return to Fairways many more times in the future - it really is perfect.
