「This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! 「My husband, two boys (6 & 11) and I stayed in this quaint, little, clean apartment for four nights. They provided coffee, creamer and bathroom necessities. It was perfect for a short stay. When we did need something the owner was quick to reply and get it to us. If need be we will stay here again.」

「If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!」

「We were a large group of friends who all spent the weekend here. We had plenty of space (everyone had their own bed) and tons of bathrooms which makes it great for a large group of adults. We also enjoyed that it was walkable to town and in a very central location to many activities within the area. Mark was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our visit, and we already are looking forward to being able to coming back in the future! 」

「Our stay was wonderful. My purpose was to see family as I have moved away from Long Island and all my family still lives there. My sister and her husband stayed with me. Since this was about family , it was great, in spite of the cold, rain, and wind for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The accommodations are absolutely fantastic. I would suggest asking about fire codes’ restrictions on overnight guests, and visitors to be sure it meets your needs in that way. 」
