Was not too loud at night despite windows facing the street. Wish there were paper towels or more towels in general provided. Kitchenette stocked with plates, cups, wine glasses, cutlery and wine opener. Microwave, fridge with small freezer. "

"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "This place is top-notch. You get incredible value staying at a property where you'd expect to pay much more. Rooms are clean and comfortable, much larger than expected, and with many additional features. The location is great, with many shops in the area, and only a short walk to the seaside. It's also not that far to the centre of town where you will find the cathedral and the many shopping streets. I'll definitely stay here when I return to Cadiz."

"The overall experience was good. Just a little issue for the check in as I couldn't get the access codes on time because I wasn`t able to indicate that I was the only guest, not finding the way to change the number of guests (from 2 to only 1) and skip the part where it required to enter the information for a 2nd guest. It was resolved once I've found the Whatsapp support QR code in the elevator to be able to communicate with someone and have some help. Otherwise, I really liked the apartment...

"We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back."

"The staff were great, our room (135) was huge and the facilities were good. We only used the dining facilities for breakfast and that was good. There were too many young children around the complex for our liking. We have no complaints but its not somewhere we would rush back to. "

"The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!"
