"Arrived at 2pm could not access the building. The building has no hotel signage this apartment is not part of a hotel but is a private apartment in a residential block. It has no reception desk & no one to greet you with a key so we called the number on our booking details & was told to look for a key in a box on a wall with an access code. The box was empty - The previous guests should have left the key for us there but in stead they had taken the key with them to work & not yet vacated the...
