「We had a wonderful stay at your Harlem apartment! It was very well-equipped and perfect for our family of four. The game room with arcade machines was a huge hit with our kids (five stars!). The host was exceptionally friendly and check-in/out was super clear. The 10-minute walk to the subway was convenient for getting downtown. 「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」
