What a wonderful hotel! From the lovely check in staff, to the beautiful room, we had an amazing stay.
We were celebrating an anniversary, and received a lovely card and bottle of prosecco. Such a lovely surprise.
The bed was large and very comfortable, the view over London, with the Shard, was spectacular.
We would recommend this lovely hotel, and hope to return again soon.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem,
On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience.
Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic.
We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue.
Apart from the issue the room was very nice, good linen and bed, lovely shower & toiletries, very clean.

I booked this hotel even though it was expensive. However, it met all my expectations and more. Staff very friendly and they anticipate your needs. I recommend but it is a higher end hotel so it won't come cheap.

"Nice place for a quick stop over. I knew there would be no window, but there was nowhere to sit, nowhere to put anything like a desk and the floor was tiled so very cold. Problems checking in as seems like they don't accommodate bookings booked through other portals. Had to wait in a queue to speak ..."
