This is a country house located near the Hamlet of Miller’s Mills. It is just 20 miles from Cooperstown and 20 miles from Utica. We are truly centrally located for Ny state.
This house is surrounded by our 80 acre property. The house features nice quiet surroundings with a large yard that is perfect for the kids to run and play. You can sit on the front porch and watch the sun come up or sit by a fire to watch the sunset with the bullfrogs singing. We encourage you to enjoy the country. Cook some s'mores over an open fire, watch the lighting bugs or count the stars. Don't forget to watch for the wild life- white tail deer and wild turkeys are abundant and look to the sky to see the resident Bald Eagle family.

Cozy and comfortable!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! It was a perfect get away spot! We came for the Baseball Hall of Fame and it was only a short 25 minute drive. It was so quiet and comfortable and Christine is the perfect host! She even left us fresh syrup and farm fresh eggs! We highly recommend!

Charming authentic farmhouse.
We were pleasantly surprised with this totally authentic farmhouse. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and common rooms, and for three people one bathroom was fine, however the water pressure is on the low side. Overall we really liked it and really enjoyed the complimentary authentic local maple syrup!

Our stay at the farmhouse was great! The house was so welcoming and home like. It is spacious and comfortable for two small families. I am not sure how the stay could have been made better. The horses and remi the cat were great company. The home owners were so nice and accommodated all of our needs. We feel very blessed to have stayed in such a wonderful place.

A wonderful place for a getaway
We chose this property because we were attending the Glimmerglass Opera Festival. The house was immaculate. Although there were six of us, we had plenty of room as well as outdoor space for hanging out and eating. The drive to Glimmerglass took about 25 minutes, which was not bad. I suppose we could have stayed closer but the value for the money was excellent. The hostess had supplied us with eggs, pancake mix and maple syrup, as well as an excellent range of other kitchen needs like spices, coffee filters and some Keurig pods. I'd stay here again.

Adorable Farmhouse
The property was just perfect for our stay. It was clean and very organized. It had all the cooking tools needed for our meals at home. There was plenty of space for us and our two adult children. We visited Cooperstown while we were there and it was an easy drive from the Farmhouse. The owners were reachable and they also added some extra touches with farm fresh eggs, pancakes and real maple syrup! There were also fresh flowers. We also had a chance to pet the horses that were right in the backyard. It truly was a great experience.

This is a charming, spotless, roomy home with great attention to detail - in every corner of the house! Chris asked if I wanted it decorated for Christmas, and decorated it was. It snowed a lot and Jeff came and cleared it immediately. Very responsive hosts - immediately responsive when I contacted them - like within seconds! Home is even more lovely in person than in the photos. A++

Beautiful farmhouse
Beautiful property,great scenery and super hosts. Our grandchildren live nearby but came to visit for two days and they lived close enough for them to go home at night so we had the house to ourselves.They played basketball, watched big trucks clean out ditches and had fun rock hunting. We had a bonfire and cooked s’mores. They were able to play safely. We all ate outdoors at picnic table and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts even supplied fresh eggs and homemade maple syrup. Fantastic place and hope we can visit again in future! Thank you!!the host even brought over one of the chickens for the kids to pet! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Chill out weekend
The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!

The property was a great place for what we needed as we were only there at night as our days were filled with baseball in Cooperstown. It was well kept, quite and easy to access. The first night getting there in the dark was an adventure on the windy backroads.
