The home being new was very nice. All beds very firm. Enough dishes, glassware, silverware, & cooking utensils. Everything else in the kitchen was a bare minimum. We brought a few small appliances from home, to accommodate cooking for 14. Had I known there was exactly one towel and one wash cloth per person, we would have brought our own from home. The additional rules…. Given after renting and paid in full… was a disappointment, and was told I shouldn’t take it personal. 3 children under constant supervision of 11 adults …. Don’t park on the grass… or the street… violation of the additional rules would/could have resulted in immediate EVICTION without refund. I am not being petty, but being real. We had a toilet to not operate. I sent a text and 90 minutes later followed up with a call to the property manager, who told me she would put a work order request…. 2 1/2 hours later my son in love let me know that he made the repair. I called the property manager to let her know. I will avoid future dealings with Cope property management if at all possible. I am not new to vacation rentals and love the many opportunities to stay in new &/or different locations/areas. We always leave the home or condo as clean or cleaner than we went into it.❤️
