A “Must Stay”!
We take a family Christmas trip every year. We are new to Vrbo. We needed an accessible friendly home with space for 4-5 people and 2 pups. Check, check, and check! All with this property that Jim has created and maintained beautifully. The photos are very accurate. It was decorated for the Holidays—such a nice surprise! Our pups loved the mud and the trails. Both the indoor gas fireplace and the external outdoor fire pit were the best addition for the weather. As a cook, I adored the kitchen and the availability of items to cook with. It really was just a great option and experience for our family.

Thanksgiving Fun
Since this was a Thanksgiving stay, the kitchen was an important detail. It was an amazing kitchen plenty of room for all 5 of us to cook and hang out all at the same time. We loved the fireplace made it feel so cozy. The bedrooms were nice sized and the primary with the ensuite was wonderful. The property was lovely we took a couple small hikes around. The lake is just beautiful. We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you

Fantastic place to stay
Wonderful property and the hosts have thought about most everything. They made sure we knew that should we need something they would do their best to provide it. There is several small towns with the area with wonderful shops. There are two Amish bakeries and gift shops. Definitely recommend staying there.

This cabin is a hidden gem! It’s extremely clean with a rustic but still modern feel. My family enjoyed our short hike to the beautiful lake on the property. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to town. We’ll be back!

What an amazing place!! The entire house was very clean, and included everything you could imagine you need. The house was decorated with fall items that made it even more cozier. We enjoyed the fishing lake everyday catching a variety of fish- it was so much fun! Jim was such a great host with any questions I had. Thank you for making our mini vacation so relaxing. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cabin in the woods. The property is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. It felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. The cabin is well stocked with everything you might need, the beautiful touches and attention to detail truly enhanced, our experience. The serene, secluded location provided a perfect stop on our way home. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding nature trails and relaxing on the porch in the evenings. Relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed our summer family vacation here! The cabin was comfy, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time fishing on the lake, relaxing on the deck and front porch takimg in the surrounding nature, exploring the local town and Amish countryside. Will definitely have to stay here again.

The cabin was perfect very clean and nice. There was a bunch of dogs that kept coming to the cabin and I don’t do well with dogs so I wish I had known about that. The lake was a pretty far trek so my husband didn’t get to fish because he is a retired police and his knees are pretty bad. But everything with the cabin was great very peaceful

The perfect get away
This cabin was perfect for my husband and I and my daughter and two grandsons. It was equipped with everything we needed. We spent alot of time at the lake fishing, having coffee in the morning listening to the wildlife and also having a fire each night. Even the firewood was provided. I highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely be back!
