"Clean, comfortable, and convenient."

"In general it was very nice. Lobby was lovely, elevators quick, workout room very nice. But we waited in line for over 90 minutes just to check in. There were over 60 people checking in and only one person working the general side and another working the honors side. We nearly missed our show and others were late for a Bears game. It was ridiculously understaffed when you knew how many would be checking in."

"Stayed with my 14yr old son over New Years Eve and felt completely safe. Concierge was great with dining options and reservations prior to arrival. Location was perfect for shows, dining options, and shopping. Hotel itself was very clean, and everyone was friendly. "
