West Seneca Golf Hotel

"The property was very accommodating to us and our dog which was fabulous. We would definitely consider coming back in the future. It was close to the activities we wanted to do; property was easy to navigate. "

"Came up for the bills/ravens playoff game. Did the online check-in before arrival so i wouldnt have to deal with it at the hotel, uploaded my ID, gave a credit. Upon arrival at the front desk, still had to give them my ID and a credit card. What was the point of doing it all online if i still have to do it at the hotel? Room was nice sized and clean. Bed was very comfy. Only criticism of the room itself is that the bathroom was a bit dated, especially the shower. But the water pressure was amazing, so that made it okay. Interactions with the staff went well. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it did the job, and thats what matters most. Hotel was in a great location. First time in Buffalo when there was actual snow, so im not sure if its standard practice to not clear the snow from the lots and sidewalks, but we left at 11am and the lot was kinda clear due to cars driving on it, but the sidewalks, aside from the entrance, hadnt been touched. Another first for me was getting a text the day before check-out asking me what time i was leaving. All-in-all, we had a great stay, aside from the ravens losing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "

"The stay was perfect. Hotel staff at the front desk were unbelievable- giving us recommendations where to have dinner, what to see, and all we needed to know before heading to the Bills game. The shuttle that is offered is unlike any shuttle service I have experienced, picking us up and dropping us off anywhere we wanted downtown. I also have to mention that the breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. All necessities were there. We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay and will stay there again. Thank you. "

"This was a great stay. We were there two nights for a Buffalo Bills game and can’t say we had any complaints. The free breakfast was plentiful, the room was a good size, and the staff were very friendly. There was some loud kids there for a hockey tournament, but they weren’t loud in an unreasonable way for children (or at an unreasonable time) and had very polite parents. Nice to know things haven’t changed as I was that hockey kid once. Anyways, I would definitely stay again. Especially for the price."
