"Toilet and water handle in shower were both quite Loose. Insufficient towels till we asked housekeeper for more ( she was extremely gracious)."

"I have to say, that this is one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in recently, mainly for the fact that I could open my window a little bit. HUGE BENEFIT! But in addition to that, it was quiet, elevators were fast, staff was delightful, location was fantastic and food/drink were great."

"The stay was just okay. We got in late and the lock on our room door was not functional. We could not get in. Evidently the front desk staff was unaware of this because I went back 3 times for new keys. It wasn’t until the security staff let us in that we found out it was a known issue. They said they would move us to a new room in the morning and said we would be comped for the breakfast in the morning. They were true to their word on that.
