"Thank you for making my Birthday Weekend a great one. This is a very cozy location, you don't close access to the river for fishing but the view is wonderful and the sound the water flowing can heard from the front door step. Very relaxing setup, there is not a TV in the master but to be honest we stayed busy enough with the hiking at Tanyard Creek and Woka Park. Camp fire is a nice touch, we used the large kitchen more than the grill provided. "

"We had a great weekend getaway to canoe, and bike! This house was in a good location for what we had planned! It was very clean, everything is so new, had all that we needed! Love the keyless lock to have easy check in! Definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future!"

"Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Quite a distance from UARK but due to Parent’s Weekend, all accommodations near university was full therefore having to rent in Bentonville. Nice home but not user friendly layout floor plan. We traveled with two small pets and there wasn’t a door to the side yards. You had to completely get out of the garage to access the side yard. "Great home base for biking in Bentonville. We were able to bike on neighborhood roads and paths to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Quick walk to a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Great bike maintenance stand and tools in the garage. We'll be back!"

"My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. You can tell Bo and Rhonda enjoy this property and sharing it with others! The house had plenty of kayaks, life vests and the kids loved the big dock (might bring shoes as we did have a splinter incident). The kitchen was well stocked, too. Thanks for having us! "

"We certainly enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista. The swimming ladder was certainly appreciated. Enjoyed the beautiful weather and water. The communication of expectations of closing needs to be clearer to clients. Would suggest you post info in the house instead of sending emails. I am red green color blind so I could not discern which coded door lock would allow me entry. Other than that it was a nice quiet stay for the night vs staying in a more expensive hotel. Thank you!
