Townhouse in convenient location

Comfortable townhouse ruined by excessive construction noise
The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well located. Beds were firm and kitchen was well-stocked. However, our stay was ruined by the excessive construction noise next door. They started between 5:30 and 6am, weekdays plus Saturdays, and some days went until 9 pm. I would rent again once the construction is done if I were going to stay in that area.

Property need major updates. The loveseat had pillows under cushions so to try to cover how old/worn out the loveseat is. Next door they are building a high rise. So Monday-Saturday they start all the building at around 6-630 am. Very loud. This unit could be really nice with updates and new furnishings. Nice location.

Noisy Construction
The property is great and is perfectly located in The Square in downtown West Palm Beach. Loved being able to walk out the front door and walking to all the shops, restaurants, and intercostal. However, there is a massive constriction project directly adjacent to the property. You won't be able to sleep in past 7am. The construction project also keeps all their vehicle on the narrow road that leads to the gate that gets you to the garage. During the day when they are working, there are times when the vehicles are completely blocking your entrance to this road, forcing you to street park. Ended up getting a ticket because of this situation during my stay.

Family Wedding at nearby private club
The place is cute and the location was perfect however the host was unresponsive and the housekeeping service was horrible. We had 5 adults for five days and they gave us one bath towel for each of us. I requested more and the host responded she would check with housekeeping and that was the last we heard from either. We washed the towels but the old dryer barely worked. We ran dry cycle five times (80 min each) to dry the 5 towels. The garbage disposal did not work , the freezer leaked and the tv remote in the master Bedroom did not work so we could not use the TV. The noise of construction started at 6:30 am every morning !! Too many inconveniences to ever rent here again. Much better choices are out there. Sadly disappointed !

Great location!
We absolutely loved the location! And it was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us! However, the pool was an extreme disappointment - having to walk through an active construction zone only to find a very tiny pool area that looked big enough for about 5ppl. Also, the windows let in a ton of noise from the very busy street. Host was easy to work with!

Great spot right in the middle of the City Place area. Walking access to most of what we wanted to do. First floor has nice office area with two desks, that worked great for remote work. There is a multi story building going up adjacent to the unit, so expect some noise until project completes next year. Only minor issue we experience was a stuck disposer in kitchen sink (recommend wrench that comes with disposer be placed under the sink - simple thing for renter to fix) .

Beautiful home in downtown West Palm Beach!
My friends and I went to a comedy show in West Palm and decided to get a VRBO instead of a hotel. So glad we did! This beautiful 3 story townhouse exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated! The location couldn't be closer to restaurants, bars and shopping within a 2 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!!

Family vacation
Our family of 7 adults enjoyed staying here. It was in the center of town. Very convenient location. Close to rosemary square, Publix, great restaurants and bars. There was construction Monday-Saturday starting at 7am during the week a bit later on Saturday. We enjoyed the pool and garage. Kitchen is well-supplied to cook. I recommend this place and hope to return.
