"This property is very nice. It’s still pretty new. Everything is new and still has that new feeling to it. One of the bed is a bit soft on the edge so don’t sleep on the edge. One negative is the soap. They use a pump system for shampoo and body soap. The shampoo is fine, but when you pump the body soap, there is a rancid smell on it. Seems to have some kind of mold on the pump or something. Ask for bar soap from front desk, and got a couple. Aside from that, everything is good. "

"My husband and I recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Hotel Santa Barbara. As we love vintage buildings, we make it a point to stay in old hotels. Our room was small and cozy, as was the bathroom. "We came for a concert at the bowl and wanted to spend the night and not drive. We had a complementary bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we got to our room, it was clean and comfortable and we had time to sit in the hot tub and relax before catching an Uber. The grounds of the inn are beautiful and immaculate. The complementary breakfast was nice the next morning as was a little more hot tubbing before our drive home. Overall a lovely experience."

"Lovely stay overall. Lots of nice little places to sit and relax or work outside. However, fitness room could use a little love. Treadmill doesn’t work. Maintenance fixed it temporarily but it broke again. Staff was pleasant, but guidance should be given to front desk person to remove AirPods when interacting with guests. Great location. We would stay again. "
