The good:
The location of the hotel is central and convenient. It is walking distance away from Trafalgar Square, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Soho, Chinatown, etc.
I checked in online so once I got to the hotel the check in was less than a minute.
Our room was very clean, including bedding and towels. It was quiet at night despite a busy street outside. The bed was comfortable to sleep in as well. The shower was pretty spacious.
The bad:
It is a very budget hotel even though the rooms are $300 per night. There is no phone in the room to call downstairs if you need something. Someone may ask why would I need a phone in a hotel room. I’ll tell you why. Because you might decide to take a shower in the evening just to discover that there is no water. Then you have to get dressed , go downstairs, wait for staff for about 10 minutes to come to the desk and deal with the issue. But at least they dealt with it right away.
The room has no safe, no TV, the shower doesn’t have a simple little shelf to put your shampoo / soap on. Only one USB port in the room was working to charge any of the devices. And all outlets are UK specific so if you didn’t know to bring an adapter you were out of luck.
When we came into the room it was freezing in there. The AC was set to 16 degrees without an option to go any higher. I had to go downstairs and ask the staff to allow us to turn the heat on in the room (which they did without an issue).

Great place to stay! Breakfast was fantastic, staff and service fantastic. Property is close and walkable to all sights. We would stay here again and would recommend!

Overpriced for the quality of the room. Had to move my stay one night on short notice and was charge 280 GBP fee, when I wanted to extend my stay one night they want 500 GBP a night. Grossly over priced for the quality of the rooms.
