If you understand what you are getting, you'll have a nice stay. It's a small cabin, look at the pictures, the kitchen is small (note there is a larger, though not full-size, fridge than what's in the pictures). The bedroom is downstairs, the other 3 beds are in a loft, with a ladder, not stairs for access. The ladder made me really nervous because it has off-set steps, i.e., a step for left foot, then 8 inches higher, a step for right foot. It ultimately made it easier to climb, but it requires you to start with a specific foot or you miss a step.
We used the hot tub in 45 degrees with rain, used it with 32 degrees and clear. The kids loved it. It did need some cleaning, but the company came out in a few hours of me emailing them to clean it.
The biggest disappointment was the river. It was very difficult to access the river. The property is hemmed in by other properties and once you get down to the river, many properties are signed as no-trespassing. We never really figured out how to get to the river without going through what seemed to be someone else's property. But once you get to it, it's steep river bank in most areas and no trails, You can stand there and look at it and in the summer, I guess get in, but not when it's 35!
A recent reviews suggested the place was haunted. My conclusion is that they are not familiar with baseboard heating. It's electric baseboard heating, warms up fast, makes lost of popping and creaking sounds.
