DO NOT RENT - Unlivable Property
This property was misrepresented and unacceptable as a rental property. The property manager is completely unresponsive and hinds behind Vcasa. Vcasa is completely inept and gives all power to the local manager who is allowed to be unresponsive and rent a unlivable propriety with no repercussions. My family and friends (3 families, 6 adults and 6 children) were at risk of grease fire from the stove/oven which was unusable due to this issue. Additionally, the oven barely worked and only 1 burner on the stove worked, which we stopped using after we realized there was grease leaking from the stove into the basement. On top of that their was no propane in for the grill, so we could not cook. There was mouse droppings in the basement and mouse traps all over the house, they clearly knew their was a problem and didn't take care of it before our stay. The dryer was clearly broken with broken parts on the top. The TVs are so old you can't even cast to them, there is no cable or internet connection to the TVs, they are useless. The sheets are torn and there are no mattress covers, which is unsanitary. The jetted tub did not work. And the WiFi did not allow for 12 devices for our 12 guests. This is basically camping with running water. I was offered a 10% refund for my stay. We were never told that these issues existed before we arrived or we would have cancelled.
