Exceeding Expectations!
We booked this property for our bi-annual family gathering in Chatham. Our priorities were the heated pool/spa and ping pong, but this beautiful home had so many more highlights. New construction and the owners have thought of everything to make a family stay comfortable. We did lots of cooking in the beautiful kitchen, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the game/exercise room was a huge hit and the yard provided a place for outdoor games. The HVAC system was excellent which was important during sunny hot & humid days. The most significant factor giving me confidence in this listing was the host Adam. He replied promptly to all of my emailed questions 6 months ago when I was considering the rental. Then, while we were there in Chatham, he responded within minutes to every text or phone call. He exceeded our expectations and contributed to our fantastic week in Chatham.
