"I enjoyed my stay, and the front desk, particularly the Italian (I think) gentleman was extremely helpful. Funky, hip place for sure. Lobby was really dark, but again, hip. Bed felt a bit small, and made noise when I moved, but overall comfortable."

"I was really concerned after booking because of some of the reviews. I am glad I stayed. I was in the 24th floor, my view was amazing, room was clean, hot water was working perfectly fine, waited in the lobby for my car and was not freezing, it is a bit small but so are others I’ve been to. Elevators worked, ordered room service, food was good. The staff I encountered were very helpful. Overall we had a great experience. I used their Vallet Parking and additional to their $75 per night rate they do charge an extra $14 per night for a parking tax."
