"Das Haus ist komplett aus Holz gebaut und wirkt sehr gemütlich. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten ausreichend Platz. Alles war sauber und auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral, sodass wir vieles zu Fuß erreichen konnten.Das Einzige, was nicht ganz der Beschreibung entsprach, war der „eingezäunte Spielplatz“. Es war lediglich eine Schaukel vorhanden und eingezäunt war da nichts. Die Wiese befand sich zwar hinter dem letzten (dritten) Haus, aber über den Weg...

"Wir hatten am ersten Abend den Schlüssel verloren und es wurde uns von allen Seiten geholfen. Sowohl der Herr von FeWo als auch die Reinigungsfirma und sogar die Eigentümer wollten uns helfen. Bekamen dann einen Ersatzschlüssel von der Reinigungskraft und konnten so den Urlaub beginnen. Danke nochmal an alle Beteiligten."

"Wenn man beim Hotel parkt, was die Ferienwohnung betreibt muss man 5€ pro Tag bezahlen. Wurde uns leider nicht kommuniziert, sodass wir am Ende die Überraschung hatten. Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangsort für Wanderunhen, natürlich die Brockenbahn und Ausflüge in Richtung Höhlen, Thale, Wernigerode usw. Die Lage am Bahnhof ist gerade für Kinder sehr außergewöhnlich und es ist überhaupt nicht laut, sehr schön. Die Schlafcouch ist leider sehr hart und hat Rückenschmerzen verursacht. Achtung man...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig und zentral gelegen. Parkplätze sind immer zu finden und in max. 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Lediglich die Sauberkeit hat uns gestört. Im Bad war offensichtlich nicht richtig geputzt und teilweise das Geschirr nicht richtig abgewaschen. Dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Stadt."

"Toller Ferienpark, in noch tollerer Lage. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Dazugehöriger Eintritt ins Schwimmbad war super. Das Haus war sehr geräumig, hätte hier und da aber ruhig noch etwas sauberer sein können. Matratzenqualität ist verbesserungswürdig, auch die Kissen könnten ein Upgrade vertragen. Ausserdem würden wir uns wünschen, das Bettwäsche direkt in den Kosten dabei ist. Nichtsdestotrotz eine wunderbare, gepflegte Anlage mit Blick auf den Brocken. Tip Top."

Leider ist das Haus so hellhörig, dass jeder Schritt der Obermieter zu hören war.Hinweis: Die Türen knarren und schließen teilweise schwer.
