Nice quaint house in a great area in Wellfleet. Very well situated, close to town center and directly on the bayside. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Spacious. Was not as clean as we expected but still ok. The only negative was the quality of the mattresses. They are severely old and require an upgrade.we would rent again if mattresses were replaced with comfortable options.

This is a really nice large house close to restaurants, beaches and town It is well equipped in kitchen and patio areas but the blankets and some pillows left for use didn’t match the standards of the rest of the house .This is an easy fix. We enjoyed our stay after a year of Covid quarantine
