Location was perfect for the dunes! Hot water, with good water pressure that’s for sure. It was nice having our own parking spots and fenced in. Worth the stay for sure.

Large Family & friends group dune trip
We rented both the east & west houses and both camper hookups. We had a large group with multiple large trailer, sxs', truck's & the 2 campers and still had plenty of room! This set up is perfect for large groups! The location is perfect, its right next to the trail leading to the north gate. The Stone's are awesome people! They were super helpful & easy to get along with! They live nearby so they were quick to run over & show us where to locate the camper hookups, even though it was late when we got in. They were there off and on during the weekend, due to meeting a handyman to work on the gate and then needing to use the shop for their own sxs, but they communicated this with us very well. They were both pleasant, socialable & still very mindful of our privacy! Honestly, we wouldnt have minded if they stayed & hung out! They're like-minded, fun folks! They even commented that they love seeing the place full of trucks, trailers & SxS' & basically being utilized as they intend on! Super great people & we will most definitely rent the place from them again!

Dudes at the dunes
Took my boys on a weekend trip to the dunes. Stayed at the west location. House was clean, and cozy. Great access to the trail, and the dollar store is at the end of the road. We had an issue but rocky handled it with no hesitation. We will definitely be back..

We had an excellent stay and the accommodations met our large families needs for a long weekend in Waynoka. There was great communication from the time we booked through our stay. The property provided plenty of space for our trucks and trailers and quick access to the dunes. Thank you for great accommodations!

Great place!
It’s a cozy and comfy environment, great place for relaxing at the dunes. Easy access to the trails and town for groceries as well. We felt very safe there. Nice interior and exterior accents. "Framily" Dunes Trip
First of all the owners were AMAZING. The communication was the best we've ever had. The couple stopped by to see if qe needed anything and were very helpful with our questions we asked. The privacy and location was great. We had 24 hour access to the trail and we felt our kids were safe inside the large fenced in area. The property also has security cameras and motion light, we were comfortable with leaving the site without worry. Also Dollar General is a few blocks away. We have been coming for several years and this is by far the best property we have stayed.

We rented both units for the week. Location is great as it’s so close to the dunes yet also private being fenced in and secure. Owners are fantastic and readily available to help with anything! If you’re traveling with a group, this is the place to stay. We will be back!

Upon arrival we were met by Rocky and Brenda. They showed us the property and answered every question we had about the dunes and the town of Waynoka. We were a little nervous because this was our first trip so Rocky and Brenda showed us several tour rides thru the dunes. After each day the House that we rented felt just like home. Full kitchen, internet, and bbq pit at our disposal. Everything you could need is there on the property. We will definitely be returning especially because of the family environment and how Rocky treated us like we were family. Can’t thank them enough.

A must stay...
Our stay was 2 nights, 6/23-6/24. Long post but lots of info. This was the perfect place to bring our riding equipment to. the fenced in property is secure the lots are very large for all ATV styles and if you have smaller children, they have plenty of space to roam around without the worry of them leaving the property. Inside is furnished with 2 bedroom, 2 baths, a cot, and a futon in the living for additional sleeping if needed, as comfy couch with 2 recliners and comfy recliner, there is plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 2 teen football players with us. They have a book of instructions, local restaurants, and also include and events schedule. Provided is paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, grilling utensils (gas and charcoal) outside seating and awning, firepits dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Everything you need al you need to bring is the usual foods and drinks. Now the other convivence is just outside the fence you take off on your SXS or ATV, dirt bike or buggy ride the trail directly to the entrance of the DUNES :) as well as the Doller General on the corner, in town riding is aloud we didn't do that but read you can purchase a sticker that will allow you to do so except on state highways (confirm first) This was perfect for us and by far extremely clean and disinfected PERFECTO Rocky and wife we will be back soon. PS I forgot to mention they respond super-fast if you have questions! The Woods and Napiers

We go to Waynoka a couple of times a year to ride in Little Sahara, and this is the first time staying at this place. The trailer was very clean when we arrived. Easy check in and check out process. I will be staying here again on our future trips.

Forth time staying here.
Place is always clean and in a great location. It’s about the only place I will stay going out there to ride. The host is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful would be a great place with your kids because of a fenced area. There’s a grocery store in town that I would say that you definitely need to visit very old style very clean, and the owners are great people, and like always Off-road people are some of the coolest people to hang out with.

Labor Day Dunes Trip
