Great place for the family to gather
My family really enjoyed the house and it was a great place for us to be together and share time and meals. House had plenty of room, wonderful view, and gave us a relaxing place to be.

Vary nice cabin
We had 5 adults staying in the cabin. The layout was great for our larger group. The cabin was clean. We enjoyed staying there. The view off the back decks was spectacular.

Once you open the door, you go WOW! It feels very cozy, we sat by the fireplace every night. Beds are really comfortable and rooms spacious. We had a fabulous time.

Very nice log home
The home is very nice. We really enjoyed the layout and rustic charm of this well appointed house. It felt like home more than a guest house. The only complaint for us was that a couple of the beds were extremely hard for our preferences. We spent a lot of time in the living room and kitchen enjoying the views and each others company.

The house is beautiful. Worth the steep drive up the mountain! The 4 bedrooms were all large. Beds are comfy. Kitchen large enough for several folks at a time. Nice appliances as well. The kitchen island with sink is very useful. Had fun with games and the pool table.We had a great time.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This was the perfect weekend getaway for parents who just needed a break! We relaxed, played pool, went downtown Waynesville (which is precious) and just caught up with friends. Lock your car doors and beware of the bear! We had a visitor get into two of the vehicles our first night there! Luckily, nothing was damaged, but we definitely had enough mud and paw prints to be pretty positive it was Yogi himself!

Perfect weekend getaway!
This house was just what our group needed for a quick, kid-free weekend away! We had plenty of space and the common areas were plenty big for just hanging out and catching up! Word to the wise - lock your car doors and beware of bears! We woke up our first morning to car doors open and muddy prints! Luckily nothing was badly damaged, but the paw prints left behind prove we had a fairly large visitor sometime in the night!

Beautiful Cabin
This cabin is beautiful. The set up was great for our family. Our only complaint was the main living room needs window coverings(especially on the top windows). It got up to 78* from 1030am-5pm in Dec! It was miserable in there. We opened the door to help (it would have been in the 80s) but the sun coming in made sunglasses necessary and the glare caused headaches. Also, the master could use black out curtains as it was the brightest room in the am.

Loved the view. Back porch was so relaxing. You could hear the creek and star gaze at night. All Beds were comfortable. Loved the cozy fireplace. House was very clean and had plenty of the essentials. Woulld definitely return.

Exceptional views and privacy
The cabin was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed and more. No one had even one negative comment the entire weekend. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. Happy campers all around. We will come stay here again.

The house and location were wonderful! We had three generations staying under one roof, and everyone had their own space and enjoyed themselves. We wish our trip could have been longer. Stores and restaurants were conveniently close by. Our son loved driving past the fields of Christmas trees on the way to the house. Total 5-star weekend!

The cabin was very clean & comfortable with a beautiful view. We had 4 adult couples which made having 2 bedrooms & 1 bath on the top floor a little inconvenient but we are old & spoiled. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area! Donna was great to deal with & very fast to reply.

Absolutely amazing views and a beautiful cabin. Had everything we needed - peace and quiet. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Just a long weekend for the family. Can’t image a better place to stay.

Mountain Top Bliss
The cabin was perfect for our group of 8. Convenient to golf courses, Waynesville, Maggie Valley and Cherokee. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We are already talking about our next stay in this beautiful mountain cabin. We did have a little problem with the dishwasher and they were quick to respond. I highly recommend this cabin and the hosts.

Loved the home!
We loved the home. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is that a couple of the beds including the one in master bedroom were extremely hard for us causing poor sleep. Despite this we very much enjoyed the home and would not be opposed to staying again if we brought a mattress topper.
