We loved staying here! We had a small Thanksgiving gathering and had a great time. The cabin is in a beautiful area that’s just secluded enough to make you feel like you’ve escaped from the world, without actually being too far away from convenience. The cabin is beautiful and cozy, and there are many great touches from the hosts (fun decor, a binder with restaurant tips and things to do and see, etc). The kitchen was well-equipped (though we did bring some items from home), and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing we weren’t a fan of were the bedsheets, which felt a little like plastic and made the beds a bit stuffy - but easily fixed by subbing out for an extra blanket/quilt (which there were plenty of). The outside space is also beautiful, with multiple porch spaces and a gorgeous stream.
One important thing to note is that cell service is limited - the wifi works great, and we had no problem being a bit remote, but it’s important just for when you’re getting to the cabin itself. Our GPS told us we had arrived when we were on the road above the house - you have to keep following the gravel road back down the hill, take a hairpin right where it divides, and then you arrive at two cabins (and it’s the one on the left).
