"The air conditioning did not work in the room that we were in. We were initially sent a fan, then an engineer and then finally put in a new room. From the first call to being moved it was approx 3 hours. We were moved to a new room at 5am. I was told I be refunded the one night however I was only refunded $133 the night was $270"

"I will definitely stay here again. My only small complaint would be the noise from the bathroom fan. It was loud and annoying."

"The hotel is so cute, decor, rooftop pool & bar are great. The beds were comfy. It is a bit noisy in the room. We could not get an Uber at all. It was impossible to get reliable transportation & the hotel only drives you within 3 miles of the hotel. Come with a rental care or a plan on commuting."
