Roomier than expected
More polished than shown in photos. Was pleased by bay window in bedroom which I don't remember seeing in listing. Maintenance was very responsive to some small problems.

Property close to metro and in nice but busy noisy neighborhood. Very noisy in apartment.
Entry lock code was changed and new one not provided we got in because another guest was leaving and told us of the change. Parking nearby in public garage which was difficult to find initially but nice to have. Property could use updates to furnishing, which looked like they came from a garage sale. Couch was comfortable and clean but had stains and worn. Please replace coffee table, area rug & chair. Mattress a bit lumpy but ok. Kitchen not well appointed, only one large frying pan which had stains. Not enough utensils. Only two knives, two forks, two tablespoons and one teaspoon provided. Plenty of glassware. Could use a toaster and knives sharpened. No fan or ventilation in bathroom so towels etc didn’t dry. Too bad window couldn’t be opened. Would be nice to be able to change out towels at least once mid stay. Please add basic instructions on how to use stovetop and the tv. We couldn’t get the large burner on stovetop to work. Furnishings in main room looked like garage sale rejects. Couch was comfortable and clean but stained and worn. Very nice updates done to kitchen and bathroom. Place was clean and modern. Lots of noise especially at night from busy street and neighborhood club. Could use double pane glass to help cut down the noise.

Overall very nice
New well appointed clean unit in convenient location in large former residence near DuPont circle. Only complaint is loud street noise I from Connecticut Ave on the weekend. Quieter during the week.

Beautiful, Bright Condo
Gorgeous place in a perfect, central location that is a short walk to the Metro Red Line, which is in close proximity to the transfer station to all of the other Metro lines. Would stay here again.
