"The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back."

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"My young adult daughters and I spent a few days at this lovely place to catch up and spend time together. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cliff walk, area restaurants, and shopping. The location of this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for all three of us. It was well stocked with keurig pods for the mornings.
