"I stayed on the second floor this particular visit and the floor stunk like marijuana, the room did not so it did not bother me but, not the most pleasant smell. Hotel can use some TLC but, it's in a good location and the staff is very helpful. "

"It was such a wonderful stay at Loews. I stayed with my friends for a concert near Allstate Arena. It was a short Uber ride home. If you are up for it, the train to downtown Chicago is about a 15-20 minute walk. I'd say it really wasn't that far if you're not in a hurry. The staff were all wonderful; they helped us out and went above and beyond with the service and safety. We would stay again."
