"Functional, not fancy. It worked for our group, as it is a few minutes from Wimpy's Marina where we were attending a concert. Also, steps from a pizza place and ice cream parlor. It could certainly use some updating, but it is clean and roomy, and the host was very accommodating, letting us check in early. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. One thing, for people who do care about TV, is that there is no cable, etc. to watch live TV, but they do have a BluRay and several movies."

"This is a cute little house. It comfortably fit our family of five. It was walking distance to the grocery and restaurants. It was clean and well-furnished. If you visit, you should drive to the Old Sacramento waterfront. It will take you back in time."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this delta property despite the heat wave. The A/C did an admirable job for 110 degree weather. We just couldn't be outside as much as we would have liked. The views are lovely, the property is clean and works well. Only two improvements we would have liked: a bit more kitchen stuff for cooking and maybe some essentials like olive oil and spices and the like. Since there's not a lot of restaurants nearby and the kitchen is so spacious, it would have been good if...
