"PROS: We spent eight nights in this modern up-to-date home. After a couple of fits and starts regarding check-in everything went smoothly. The location, while slightly remote, is still only a 15 minute trip to Damariscotta where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and even a theater. The large deck and water views were a plus. "Very clean inside but lawn needed mowing and weeds were very overgrown. Some minor repairs to the inside of the house would have made the house a absolute amazing time. But we love the location and the size of the house fits our family prefectly."

"We had 6 adults traveling from out of state for a wedding in an unfamiliar area. The recommended hotels were 30+ minutes away, so we opted for this rental instead which was minutes away. What a great decision! When at the home, we spent a majority of our time on the porch by the gas fireplace. We also had access to the grill and patio which were fantastic.
