「We got in at 3:30am and there was someone there to check us in. We appreciated that! Great breakfast! Lots of options. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner. They were full size bottles and worked great. It was a help bc I forgot. The only negative was that we heard the people’s conversation in the next room very clearly. That wasn’t fun in the morning. The walls weren’t sound proof. I would definitely stay there again!」

「An adorable little oasis in an up-and-coming neighborhood. The ease of parking was phenomenal, and the check-in process (spoiler alert: there wasn't one) was the easiest thing on the planet; check your text messages for the code programmed into the door and walk right in! Completely contactless for those who love that sort of thing. If it wasn't for us arriving at the same time as another guest, we wouldn't have seen a single person for the duration of our stay. 「Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. 」
