"My family and I are very pleased with our week stay in hawaii at this resort. Staff is friendly and kind and always smiling. I would say the only down fall there's only one! Is the beach portion had so many people from other hotels that it was hard to find a place for our towel/ beach stuff. I understand it's kind of hard to keep everybody at their own resorts. We paid extra for beach access only to have to move away from our resort "
