Fantastic Big Island Property w/ Perfect Location
We had an incredible weeklong stay at the Hula Moon Villa. The check-in process was incredibly easy, the condo is immaculately maintained, beds are super comfortable, and the owners have provided all the amenities you could need! The kitchen is well stocked, beach towels are provided, and all kinds of beach equipment is available for use, including chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. The location is also fantastic. So much is within walking distance - < 5 min walk to incredible A-bay beach, 5 min walk to the Marriott, 7 min walk down the beach to Lava Lava Beach club. The Hilton, Kings' Shops, and Queens' Marketplace are all between 10 - 15 mins walking. So convenient! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Best time ever in Hula Moon!
We had a great time and were lucky to find Hula Moon at Kolea! This is the best place to stay on Big Island if you want a relaxed vacation . The villa has everything you need for longer stay , very spatial and comfortable. The Kolea itself is a gem with very nice landscaping, pool, hot tub and a relaxing vibe. It is only a few steps from the beach and restaurants. We have been many times to Big Island and stayed in Mariott, Hilton, and other villas in the area. Hands down, Kolea is the best deal you can possibly get!

The property owner was great with communication, and very kind to compile a list of activities and asked the age of my children to be more specific. The location was walking distance to many activities we enjoyed. I will definitely look at this condo when coming back to the Big Island. Very enjoyable vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay. The home is top floor, beautiful inside and out, close to great shops, beaches. Facilities are top of the line. Spent time at the pool, the beach, walking. Loved the grill on the deck, and listening to birds on the deck in the mornings. AC and ceiling fans worked beautifully. Beds were comfortable too.

Perfect condo for a Hawaiian getaway
This condo was so perfect for our vacation. It was comfortable, super clean and conveniently located. The beds were so co for table and we all slept so well. It’s an easy and short walk down to the beach and we went down there every day to read and swim. In the morning we sat on the lanai and just relaxed. Communication was super easy and quick leading up to our stay. We had an amazing experience and would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Everything you need for a great vacation
This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. A relaxing pool, beautiful and swimmable beach, sea turtles, access to kayaks and SUP, exotic birds to wake you up on the morning, a great lani, hiking and walking trails right outside, and stocked with children's beach toys and chairs. The owners are very responsive and accommodating and take great care of the property.

Lovely comfortable property with everything thought through including even things like spices and basic condiments, books, movies, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, etc. etc. Owners were extremely helpful and warm. The private beach club is lovely with a nice white sand beach right next-door.

Full wet bar in the balcony which looked out to the beach and the fish ponds. There were lots of beach tipsy, chairs, and Coolers in the locker. The doors To the balcony folded into a pocket and we could enjoy the breezes from the living room, dining room and kitchen

This property is very well maintained there were no problems whatsoever. It is close to the pool and gym. Grounds are well maintained, quite complex everyone respects others. Was very enjoyable. Would Definitely recommend. It is exactly as listed. Parking right there. Elevator for ease of getting things up to unit. No complaints to be had. Everything in top working order.

We recently stayed at this property. The condo unit is absolutely beautiful - spacious with every amenity. Kitchen is very well equipped and the outside kitchen on the lanai was an added bonus - we enjoyed several meals cooked on the gas grill out there. We enjoyed the pool and access to the beach within a very short walk from the property. The beds are super comfortable and the unit has huge spa-like bathrooms and large closet areas. We appreciated and used the washer/dryer in the unit. Owner provided extensive, detailed email communication about the unit. Unit includes a covered parking space, access to a fitness/pool area, and is located in a gated community. Shops and restaurants are very close. A perfect location for a stay on the Big Island!

Outstanding condo
We stayed at Kim's condo for a week and it was like being at home. Everything is well maintained and clean. There was a well stocked kitchen with spices, vinegar, oil. And even the fridge had ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and salad dressing! We couldn't have been more pleased to not have to buy bottles of things you are only going to use a little of. The beach toys, towels, umbrella, coolers and chairs were all in working order and much appreciated. I especially loved the comfy lanai couch and chairs where we could spend time sitting outside in comfort instead of just a dining chair. We have stayed at Kolea before and love the property-it's beautiful, a great location and great access to the beach. Kim's condo was everything we expected and more. And Kim was very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Hula Moon is a beautiful unit: gorgeous sunsets, view of the ocean and close to pool area. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the beach gear, including lots of beach towels. This was the nicest unit we've rented and would do so again! The Kolea resort is extremely well maintained also.
