"Very nice employees. Was always willing to help. We accidentally left our rental car head lights on all night and in the morning the battery died. The receptionist not only helped us jumpstart the car but had the patience to help figure out how(we had a hybrid rental none of us knew how). Location of the hotel worked best for us as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the South Island. All in all great stay 10/10"
