Quick overnight stay

Only stayed one night, but the condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Perfect downtown location- don’t forget to grab coffee at Fabled bookstore in the same building for a nice treat.

Awesome property

The place was just as listed. Clean, great decor and blocks from the magnolia farms. Love the location. My wife and I have already decided that this will be our place when we need a get away from Dallas hands down.

Waking up in Waco

The process was so easy and communication was exceptional each step of the way! My girls and I enjoyed the time together and the “at home” feeling that was provided. Silocation perfect station

Husband and I traveled with his sister to get the Magnolia experience. Love how the success of Chip and Joanna has run throughout the city. We stayed in this wonderful rental and walked to a lot of places. In great location. Property manager very responsive. Great parking. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Great location

We loved the location and walkability to the silos and restaurants. The listing says 3 bedrooms but is only 2 with a sofa sleeper. The checkin process is was great and the condo was well stocked. The noise was pretty loud from other units and a club next door. Overall it was great. I think they should change the listing from 3 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms to be more accurate.

Such a fun stay!!!

This was a girl’s getaway and we loved every minute! The loft is awesome and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are super comfy annd the bathrooms are sizable and have all you need and the location is perfect for any shopping you have come to do at Spice Village! Fabled (the bookstore on the corner of the lofts building) is ADORABLE and was great to shop and sit and relax, the cutest! We’ll be back!

This property was great! The location made it easily walkable for shopping and meals. The condo was very cute and comfortable. The hosts communicated and made arrival and departure so easy! Such a fun spot and the decor was perfect for girls weekend.

Great location for shopping

The unit was clean and cute. The Silos were about a ten-minute walk in one direction and in the opposite direction, Spice Village (a must see for shopping) was only one block away. We lucked into being their the same weekend as the Waco Farmers Market in their new location. It was walkable and worth going. The bookstore in the same building as our unit was the perfect way to end the night with a glass of wine and walking around looking at books.

Close to everything

My sister & I stayed here for a sisters weekend and loved it. The condo is close to everything including Fabled, a lovely bookstore just right outside in the same building. I do recommend packing slippers unless you’re staying in the warmer months. The concrete floors were chilly! But the condo itself is outfitted well with everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street & basically on the ground level, we had no trouble with noise - pretty quiet overall.
