Great property. Had everything you could want. Even a dog bowl, pack-n-play, high chair. Very clean. Owner was communicative and nice. No problems at our stay. We brought our dog, 8 month old and the grand parents. Great stay. I even thought the beds were comfortable which is rare for a rental.

This house was clean, updated inside, and had the exact space we needed for our family of 5. The desk with extra monitor was a nice touch. Nearby trains blow their horns and can be heard during the night.

Just as pictured and described. A cute brick home in a quiet mobile home community convenient to all things Waco. Super clean and comfortable. Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. Communication was great. I’d stay there again.

This is a great property within 10 minutes of all the great things to do in Waco. The home was a great size for my family, and was extremely family friendly. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a family
The house is clean and cozy. Neighborhood is quiet, except for the trains but that never bothered us. I had my 3 month old with me so it was a perfect house for us to stay at. House was easy to get to from the highway, and it’s close enough to restaurants and a Walmart. We had no problems staying here. We were in town for a roller derby tournament so if we come back for another one we are definitely staying here! Check out process is easy too!

Super clean. Modern. Quiet.
Loved this house. It’s new and all the furnishings, appliances, and electronics were up to date. Highly recommend this place for families with babies or young children. Everything from a high chair to Tonka trucks. My group of three was made up of seniors and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Outside of town a bit but only a couple of miles to stores.
