The family home is located 1 kilometer from Vrouwenpolder and in the middle of the polder. There is a beach nearby, you can enjoy the sunshine and sand of the beach. A game of tennis can be enjoyed 8 km away. There are many restaurants from where you can enjoy delicious meals.

The living room is a comfortable and inviting space, with a TV to keep you entertained indoors. The home also provides a high chair, making it easy to accommodate young children. Free parking is also available, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot for your vehicle. The house is fully furnished and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

However, for reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted, and it is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Groups of friends over 25 years old are required to pay a deposit of € 300 per person upon arrival. The house can also be combined with Lepelstraat 18B, creating a large holiday home for 15 people, perfect for larger groups or families.
