"I was pleasantly pleased with our entire stay here. We traveled with our 8yo and 15yo granddaughters to visit our son and his wife and 6week old granddaughter who live in Yankton. The hotel was clean- and I cant recall a cleaner place that we have stayed. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was spot on.....Cinnamon rolls to DIE for. The pool area was well kept and even had water toys to play with. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to stay in Yankton. My husband loved the complimentary beer and wine, and I enjoyed the spacious rooms.10 "

"After reading some of the reviews ( which are admittedly older reviews)I was nervous about my booking. Yes, its a bit dated, but I was very pleasany surprised. The lady at the desk was friendly, the halls were clean and odourless and the room was just fine. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was clean. No issues! Thank you!"

"Just passing through and decided to stay the night. Reviews are dark and negative. You get whatcha pd for. Unfortunately the pool is OOO however we weren't needed the pool this journey. Room is spacious, clean. They could leave hygiene items in room for use yet WE plan for the just in case and bring our needs, from home. Cute lil downtown area, small town feel. Nice homes about and they...the Locals appear to CARE for where they live ❤️ "
