「The room was spacious, clean and had a great view. The property is lushly landscaped and on the beach. The beach is fine but not a clean white beach. The pools are nice too Lots to do and the food is excellent. The included breakfast is fabulous. The staff were among the friendliest I've experienced. Great for families. Overall, a great stay experience. 」

「酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。」

「总体来说还是非常好的酒店。距离机场有点远，1.5小时车程。海滩沙子很粗。但是影响不了酒店的整体美观度。像一个公园，很高兴在这里度过3天假期？」

「房间没有浴缸，电话和吹风是坏的，天花板有只巨大的蟑螂。晚上睡觉只有一条毯子，太冷。餐厅工作人员态度不友好，不耐烦。泳池一直没有毛巾提供。泳池水脏。」

「真心奉勸看到這則留言的旅客請耐心看完並選擇其他旅館，免得受一肚子氣。這家旅館其中一名員工不誠實，退房時櫃檯的男子跟我們說我們必須付現金因為信用卡刷卡機故障了，當我們跟他說我們沒有足夠的現金，甚至把身上的現金攤給他看，這時他說刷卡機可以刷了！我不知道他對現金是否有其他不好的意圖，我只能說真的好巧，刷卡機竟然好了！退房後我們在等免費接駁車去機場，五分鐘後計程車到了，這名男子開始幫我們上行李，此時我們問他，這是免費接駁車嗎？此男子這時才說免費接駁車剛走，現在只有計程車可以帶我們去機場，一趟14斐濟幣。我對此非常不滿，並非付不起這14元，而是不甘被欺騙。他如果跟我們說事實，我們也會願意搭；而不是為了這點小錢毀了旅館的聲譽與其他人的努力，甚至是賠上了斐濟的名聲。我們的錢也是辛苦賺來的，不該輕易被騙走。感謝他讓我給出了第一次的一分，如果有零分可以給絕對是零分。還沒訂房的旅客，你真的還有其他選擇；英語不夠好的旅客，你更是只有被騙的份。斐濟是來渡假的不是來受氣的。」

「工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！」

「透過hotel.com定房，到了現場還得查看我方定房證明，我都事先打電話確認過了，耽誤很多時間等。另外，定房時網站說明可選擇不同床型，定房時也註明清楚我要的型式，但到現場發現並沒這選項，真是無言。」

「This property is not your typical resort but a more rustic smaller resort. Rooms are basic but comfortable with the bathroom attached outside. There are no TVs or fridge n coffee making in each room but the kitchen is very accomodating. There are many experiences on offer, and a good but limited menu changing nightly. I caught the bus everywhere and had no problems with transport. I travelled alone and felt very safe at this resort and was treated well with staff and fellow travellers . Lovely...

「We loved the location, with wonderful snorkelling and beautiful grounds. Our bure was great, with good air conditioning. A car is a necessity when staying here. We travelled about to find good food, coffee and activities. We were on a romantic holiday, and struggled with the staff coming up to us constantly. We put in a request for space, and they adjusted well.」

「Quiet and secluded. I stayed for 5 nights.. there was one couple there when I arrived in the evening, and they left the following morning so I had the place to myself for 3 nights 😁 Staff were friendly. The owner was helpful in organising an excursion for me personally. Pablo (one of the owners dogs)was my sidekick for the trip, he followed me about...cute. I really appreciated the on sight activities provided (as and when required) I had waited 50 years to go to Fiji, and I wasnt...

「Unbelievable property, beautiful, remote, quiet, very relaxing. Have the best activities at one location, surf, scuba, snorkeling, river boats, plus probably much more. Wish I stayed longer. Great Food, easy dining included if you want. I just paid separately and it worked fine, breakfast lunch and dinner are great, staff worked above and beyond to make you have a great experience. Super quiet. Is about 2 hours from Airport, so either get a rental like I did, or arrange for Transportation. ...

The dive operation is superb, the food service and food are outstanding, housekeeping is excellent, the service team is beyond warm and friendly -- the overall resort is beautifully comfortable. 」

"The Kids Club staff were amazing! Silo and Izzy were amazing, they are so friendly, attentive, and full of energy, they kept the kids entertained with fun and creative activities every day! Highly recommend!"

"Travel in Nadi by taxi is easy and not expensive, so although it is not near city center or the beach, transportation is not a main concern. Although the building is a bit old, the room is clean. Just one minor thing, the water is not hot enough for bathroom at midnight while it is normal at the morning. There is a mall nearby, so it is also easy to access for supermarket and restaurants. Resorts in Nadi are expensive, so if you look for a hotel with reasonable price but also acceptable service, Mercure shall be a good choice."
