"Beautiful apartment hotel, sparkling clean, kitchen was fully equipped with plates, cookware, nespresso machine, and hot water kettle, plus fridge, stove, dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer combo. "Breakfast was excellent (lots of variety and even local specialties, which was a VERY nice touch!) and service was also top notch. Location is absolutely unbeatable. The thermostats unfortunately do not seem to work as the hotel is set at a specific temperature (as staff indicated), we had to leave the balcony window open for a while to cool the room down. "I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. The only issue was the heating system was not powerful enough to heat the large room. Even on the maximum setting it took almost 2 hours to warm up a bit, and I doubt the room heated to 20 or 21C. Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent in my room. The in room phone did not work, so every time I had an issue, I had to go down to the front desk."

"It’s a hostel, so things are not as luxurious as at a regular hotel. Indeed, I never saw any of the hostel staff. And we had a lot of confusion regarding check-in. However, once we checked in, the room was just fine for the price, and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Note: there is NO parking anywhere nearby.
