“The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.”

“Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security.”

“Der Aufenthalt war schrecklich!!! Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Wir wären eigentlich sofort wieder abgereist, mussten jedoch auf eine Hochzeit und hatten großen Zeitdruck. Das Haus schimmelt. es ist feucht und dreckig. Warmes Wasser gibt es nur in der Dusche und dort ist der Wasserdruck so miserabel, dass man kaum das Shampoo aus den Haaren bekommt. Im Haus befinden sich keine Rauchmelder, wie vorgeschrieben! Wir hatten nach der ersten Nacht……

“The room and small kitchen area were dirty, dishes not washed. We only got one key for the room, difficult to come in with the code, took us long time to make it work. The gate was locked in the evenings but we had not gotten a key for that. Had to climb over the gate to get in. No direct communication with the place. The electricity was down when we came. All in all, a never again experience!!”

“Wij vonden het een gezellig huisje in een authentieke boerderij. Leuk om hier een aantal dagen te verblijven samen met ons gezin van 3 kinderen. Er is veel speelgoed en een leuke speeltuin op kleine afstand van de achtertuin. Wat verbeterpunten: 2 van de 4 pitten van de kookplaat werkten niet en de wasmachine maakt een enorme herrie. Maar verder was alles netjes schoon en leuk ingericht.”

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount
"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "

"10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended. "
