「房間環境不錯空間大但是隔音不好，預定兩間房有點距離不方便，泳池餐點非常好，午餐餐點也非常有水準，但是以宿霧的物價是貴了點，整體表現非常好，廚房設備完善可惜只住一天！」

「What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. 」

「ITパークの近くにあってスーパーで買い出しも可能なので立地がとても良いです。キッチンはIHでレンジ、食器、グラス等揃っているので部屋で簡単な夕食なら作れます。シャワーは確かにぬるめですが気にならない程度です。快適に過ごせました。」

「Their advertising is very misleading. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining 」

「There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

「Small 1cm Cockroaches running around kitchen & bathroom. about 6 of them. Having difficulty getting hot water for shower, only my son got hot water, then no more... The room is rather nice and my kids enjoy the stay. 」
