Great little spot
I would recommend this location especially if you have pets. Good location about 1.5 blocks from the ocean. Has a nice little grass area behind the apartment building. Easy to come and go if you don’t want to keep everything with you throughout the day. You get your own parking spot in a private lot so not traffic or looking for parking. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Time
Tesseract Management was amazing to work with. This little gem-by-the-sea was just right for our active family. You can’t beat the location, the amenities nor the simplicity of the home. Tesseract worked with us quickly and maintained a happy, positive communication. The home itself allows everyone to spread out without being gone. The surrounding area supports so many types of families. It was a fullstocked, comfortable, gem of a property.

The property is in a fantastic location, however this place is gross. Needs a deep clean for sure. My daughter’s feet turned black from how dirty the floors were. We also had an infant under 1 so thankfully I brought the playpen with a floor in it. No way would I have put him on that floor. I get that this is a dog friendly property, we brought our dog, so we weren’t expecting it to be pristine, but it’s one of those properties that’s photos look okay but it’s really very dirty. There are stains on the kitchen walls where food has splashed on the walls and never been wiped up, nothing was dusted (dead bugs on the base boards, dirt and dust hanging on the fans and kitchen lights, the couch was also filthy. When we walked in there were 3 piles of dog fur collected on the floor. Bedding, kitchen items, and towels were less than basic (over used, thin, melted plastic spatulas, scratched up pots/pans, everything was as cheap as possible). I think the owners of this property should go stay and spend a few nights in there unit. Get a real understanding of the situation you’re putting families in before marketing this as a family friendly property.

Time Away!
This is the second time that we've used this particular unit and it's very comfortable and roomy! It's close to wherever you need to go, and as for the beach, well, just a brief walk across the street and you're there!

We loved it
We loved our stay! It’s in a fantastic location- right by the beach and all the action. The house was very clean and looked like the photos - except the bunk beds were separated, which was even better for us. The couch did have some stains so I wish that was cleaned or replaced. And You CAN hear the people below and above you a lot, but that’s to be expected. But otherwise, I would definitely come back.

Was what we needed
The apartment was clean. Yes like some of the reviews mentioned the couch has stains. Other then that very clean everywhere. I will say you may want to fabreeze a bit it was very musky and my animal went crazy because it smelled other animal scents everywhere. But all around it was a good experience. I appreciated that at the hour the rental office states things have to be quiet the neighbors followed it to a T. Thank God for that!

Close to fishing pier, shops, restaurants and boardwalk. Wish there were a dishwasher and washer/dryer but place is comfortable. Couch was dirty with stains but we didn’t stay in condo long enough to sit around. Beds are super comfortable! Thank you for providing all the linens including beach towels!

Overall a good stay
The bunk bed had no railing on the top bunk, we had an 8 year old staying in the top. We had to turn the whole bunk bed around in order for there to be a small rail for safety. Then we had to pull the bed in and out away from the wall for the 8 year old to use the bed ladder each evening and each morning. Also, the sofa had horrible stains on it, it was gross. We put beach towels down on the sofa to sit on because it was so stained up and dirty. Otherwise, everything else was good and the location was great!

Decent place
There were no batteries in the remote and couldn't figure out how to turn on TV from the TV part. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. Didnt like the fact there was cameras on the deck out back. The kitchen wall was cracked. The beds were comfy and walking distance to everything. Overall a good place to stay.

Perfect spot by the boardwalk
Right between Atlanta and Pacific Ave so the beach is right across the street. Private parking next to hotel parking did not have any concerns about the neighborhood. Would stay again.
