"There was a plumbing issue on our booked property on the day of our arrival which was not fixed so they arranged for a different home stay which was smaller than the actual booked room and no TV. Again they made us to switch the room on the next day . On the day of departure, the owner asked us to pay though already we made payment through orbitz. "

"Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating"

" Title: Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service Our stay at the Coorg Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark Alvin for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my wife, and to the incredible reception staff—Astha, Karan, Lakrani, Umer, Natasha, Harish, Sushmita, and Seema—who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their warm and courteous service left a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the special attention given to our preferences, including the excellent food and comfortable accommodations. The courteous and attentive staff made every effort to make our stay memorable, and we left with lifelong memories of this beautiful location. We wholeheartedly recommend the Coorg Marriott for anyone seeking a serene getaway with top-notch service. We can’t wait to return in the future! "

"It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. And again on the cross check done on the day of check in of the time of arrival. Since we travelled on April (summer) there was no water in stream and the pond area was also on the ok side.That was a slight disappointment. So if you would like to experience that then based on the suggestions heard it will be better to plan during August/September. TV could have been of a larger size. In summer non ac rooms will be slightly on the hotter side. But Avinash had already mentioned about it and also was ready to make extra fan arrangements if required. It was manageable for us so didnt opt."
