"First time renting an apartment for my stay in Vietnam. It was better than I expected. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living space. Easy to find and access plus good location. Close walk to walking street. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something different than a hotel. "

"Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel."

"The property itself was nice. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. The check in process was horrible causing me to have to book another accommodation. The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work...

"I had an amazing stay at the Vinhomes Romantic apartment in HCMC. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comes with top-notch amenities—all at a very reasonable price. It’s only a 10–15 minute ride to District 1, which made getting around super convenient. An An was an exceptional host. She was responsive the entire time and went above and beyond to help us. When I accidentally left my elevator key in the room and got stuck in the stairwell at 4am, she didn’t hesitate to come help...
