"Loved the grounds and the indoor/ outdoor affect. The crickets and birds were a wonderful calming noise to fall to sleep to. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the outdoor shower was excellent. I loved the design and the sleek clean kitchenette with seemingly brand new IKEA pots and pans. The service was not great. "Overall very nice accommodations. Bathroom in our suite was somewhat awkward - the shower set-up got the whole bathroom floor wet, and i hit my head 3 times on a stairwell underlayment that cuts into the shower/bathroom space. But overall very nice and well appointed."

"Restaurant in hotel is expensive, but you can walked out and a bar and convenience store just next to the exit. The beach is beautiful. The road from hotel buildings to exit to the street is not paved and long and every customer complained about it. You need vehicle to anywhere else, but taxi is not on time at night at this island, especially if you reserved ahead, the driver know you have to wait for them and prioritize other customer"

"The pool was immaculate and beautiful. The breakfast was great and tasty every morning with delicious coffee. The view from the pool was great, overlooked downtown Esperanza from a distance and the ocean. Our room was cozy and maintained. The bed was one of the best hotel beds we have ever slept on. And no tvs, helped with regaining a little inner peace. Staff was helpful anytime needed."

"We had a beautiful view of the Ocean from our room. The hotel is located within walking distance of local nightlife, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly. The swimming pools were enjoyable, and the room was bright and airy."

"It was an ok experience. I wish I would’ve known more information about the services that were available. I didn’t know that the bathroom was located outside of the room. Also, there was no refrigerator ti keep cold items nor a coffee maker to make coffee. Which by the way the island, didn’t have coffee almost anywhere especially in the evening/night hours. "The hacienda was very clean. There were a group of roust young people in the adjacent room but that was not the owners fault. The property was in a remote are so you’d need to rent a car or know the number of a taxi service."

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"This property its NOT in bussines and your app keep taking reservations. The new owners said theres nothing they can do the hotel been closed for 2 months already. They let us stay at our own risk, paying cash and with no kind of service at all, but what can we do if theres where no place to stay and ur help center didnt help me when i ask for!!!"
