「Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. 「The property was perfectly situated for easy access to/from Durban airport (max. 15 minutes drive away on nearby N2). Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in/out was easy. Nice (basic) swimming pool which was welcome on a hot & sticky day. Basic food/drinks (snacks) were available and were perfectly acceptable to us. 「Nice place to stay. Not far from Ballito and the beaches. Lovely view on the sea from the bedroom. Studio is very well équiped with kitchen, barbecue, Tv, double bathroom etc. Gavin was really helpful and gave us some nice addresses for restaurants. 」

「Just a little warning to other guests and those considering booking here! Saturday was terrible, 20 children with parents invaded the pool. It was a children's birthday party all day with shouting and screaming. All the sunbeds were taken and there was no room for the hotel guests. Poor service from the managers, no help to get so we had to leave the area.
