"Spacious house with lots of privacy. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the Kentucky River. We also got a kick out of feeding an apple to the miniature neighborhood horse, Lilly. House is conveniently located near bourbon tours and Henry Clay's house, so a nice mixture of things to do. Matt was on top of things and is a great host. When in the area again I will definitely book."

"Excellent location for bourbon touring and attending the UGA Kentucky game. Parking was very easy - plenty room for 2 cars/ plenty of yard to walk our small dogs. Very quiet / beds comfortable. Master bathroom was a bit small but functional. Great TV's/ living rooms (2 separate rooms) to watch football while getting ready for our night football game. Host has a detailed binder with fun things to do / places to eat. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a fabulous visit...
