This mid-century vacation villa, located on Venice Island, is yours to unwind and relax in and is within minutes of additional beaches, historic Venice, a fishing pier and multiple restaurants. This single-level unit offers the gulf within steps of the unit and also offers a community pool.

Great location and clean comfortable accommodations!

Really enjoyed being close to the beautiful beach, quiet neighborhood in a comfortable, clean condo. Has everything you would need for a beach place. Minor issues, the front door really sticks making it difficult to open and to lock. Couldn’t get tvs to work (some internet connectivity issue) but we were not inside enough for it to be a problem worth calling about. Would recommend!!

Very cute!

We had such a great time! Listing was just as advertised and neighbors were wonderful! The property was VERY clean and updated. Host was very responsive and it was so nice being right at the beach front villas. I would definitely go back!
